THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR
  SOUTHERN SEBASTIAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 845 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 23 MILES WEST OF HARTFORD...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.

* SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE...MANSFIELD...
  WASHBURN...MIDLAND...HUNTINGTON AND HARTFORD.

IN ADDITION...SPOTTERS REPORTED ROTATION NEAR WISTER.  THIS LARGE 
STORM COMPLEX WILL TRACK ACROSS SOUTHERN SEBASTIAN COUNTY AND MAY 
PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
