* AT 750 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 2 MILES NORTHEAST OF LOWELL...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  35 MPH. THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
