THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  CHEROKEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
  ADAIR COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT

* AT 1212 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF PERSISTENT THUNDERSTORMS
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NEAR FORT GIBSON TO TAHLEQUAH TO PROCTOR
  TO WESTVILLE.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA AND ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE
  THROUGH 300 AM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
