* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 815 PM CDT

* AT 415 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 MILES EAST OF OWASSO TO 5 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF BROKEN ARROW TO 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GLENPOOL...MOVING
  EAST AT 15 MPH.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY             
  FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE         
  POSSIBLE THROUGH 815 PM CDT.
