* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  NORTHERN CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  SOUTHEAST OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  EASTERN PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 409 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 6 MILES SOUTH OF AVANT TO 3
  MILES NORTHEAST OF DRUMRIGHT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
  FLOODING WAS REPORTED WEST OF SKIATOOK IN SOUTHEASTERN OSAGE
  COUNTY AT 300 PM. IN ADDITION...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND WATER OVER
  ROADWAYS WAS REPORTED IN DRUMRIGHT IN NORHTERN CREEK COUNTY.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE
  THROUGH 700 PM CDT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
