  SOUTHERN CHEROKEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
  MUSKOGEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
  OKFUSKEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
  WESTERN SEQUOYAH COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
  OKMULGEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  MCINTOSH COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 858 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
CONTINUING OVER THESE RAIN-SOAKED AREAS.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER
THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
1100 AM CDT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING
AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

EXTENSIVE FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED.  MOST TRAVEL SHOULD BE
DELAYED OR CANCELLED IN THESE AREAS THIS MORNING.
