THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 430 AM CDT

* AT 126 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 6 MILES SOUTHEAST OF OWASSO TO GLENPOOL
  TO 5 MILES SOUTH OF SHAMROCK...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER 
THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH   
430 AM CDT.
