THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  SOUTH TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 430 PM CDT

* AT 220 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED NEARLY CONTINUOUS RAIN SINCE NOON...
  ACROSS MUCH OF TULSA COUNTY.  THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAS BEEN OVER
  SOUTHERN TULSA COUNTY.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER
  THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
  330 PM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
