JACKSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 400 AM CDT * AT 1157 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT FOUR TO EIGHT INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER MUCH OF JACKSON COUNTY THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY AND EVENING ON TUESDAY. THE RAIN SHOULD CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF THE EARLY MORNING HOURS WEDNESDAY. FLASH FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED...
