* AT 255 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES HAD FALLEN IN BROWN AND NEMAHA COUNTIES
  SINCE MIDNIGHT.  THE RUNOFF FROM THESE EXCESSIVE RAINS IS
  EXPECTED TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
