* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 229 AM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN PARTS OF
  MARSHALL COUNTY.  WATER WAS REPORTED TO BE OVER THE ROAD
  1 MILE NORTH OF HERKIMER.  RADAR INDICATED THAT RAIN
  SHOULD GRADUALLY DIMINISH IN MARSHALL COUNTY...BUT RUNOFF
  IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH 4 AM.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED...
