THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME EAST CENTRAL TOOELE COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 230 PM MDT

* AT 1251 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER EXTREME EAST CENTRAL TOOELE COUNTY...OR ABOUT 7 MILES    
  EAST OF TOOELE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS 
AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS ON THE WEST SLOPE OF THE 
OQUIRRH MOUNTAINS...NEAR TOOELE AND LINCOLN. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO 
TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.
