EASTERN KANE COUNTY IN UTAH EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN SAN JUAN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST UTAH * UNTIL 715 PM MDT * AT 546 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN KANE COUNTY AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST SAN JUAN COUNTIES...INCLUDING THE GLEN CANYON/LAKE POWELL RECREATION AREA.
