* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL IRON COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CEDAR CITY

* UNTIL 730 PM MDT

* AT 557 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN OVER CEDAR CITY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO BE...OVER 
SOUTHEASTERN IRON COUNTY THROUGH 630 PM MDT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
