* AT 412 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR NEOSHO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH. THIS
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE DIME SIZE HAIL...AND       
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH. ANOTHER SEVERE                 
  THUNDERSTORM NEAR ANDERSON IN MCDONALD COUNTY...WILL MOVE INTO
