* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 556 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL NEAR HEPLER...OR 15 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF ST. PAUL...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN 1.5 AND 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN NORTHWEST CRAWFORD
  COUNTY WITH THESE STORMS.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
