THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ROANE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1045 PM EDT...

* AT 748 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SPENCER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE LOCALLY TWO TO TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES OF 
RAIN PER HOUR FROM THIS THUNDERSTORMS.  THIS IS ENOUGH TO CAUSE 
SWOLLEN STREAMS WITH POSSIBLE FLOODING...AS WELL AS POSSIBLE 
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREA.
