  RITCHIE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT...

* AT 622 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN FROM CAIRO TO AUBURN...OR FROM AROUND HARRISVILLE THROUGH
  THE VICINITY OF WEST UNION...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE WEST UNION AND
  HARRISVILLE.

RADAR INDICATES UP TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR WITH SOME OF THE 
THUNDERSTORMS IN THIS LINE.  THE LINE STRETCHES FROM WEST TO EAST 
AND IS MOVING NEARLY WEST TO EAST...MEANING THE THUNDERSTORMS IN
