  BOONE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT...

* HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ENDED ACROSS THE AREA AND RUNOFF IS REACHING    
  AREA STREAMS AND CREEKS CAUSING RAPID RISES.  THE BOONE COUNTY EOC
  REPORTS THAT WATER IS STILL RISING IN MADISON...AND EVACUATIONS
  CONTINUE ACROSS THE COUNTY.
