* AT 1143 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY
HEAVY RAIN MOVING BACK INTO MCDOWELL COUNTY FROM THE WEST.
* FLOODING WILL CONTINUE IN NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY
ESPECIALLY ALONG ELKHORN CREEK. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS MOVING IN
FROM THE WEST AND WILL PUSH LEVELS EVEN HIGHER. FLOODING CAN ALSO
BE EXPECTED ALONG OTHER STREAMS AND CREEKS IN THE NORTHERN PORTION
OF THE COUNTY.
