  WYOMING COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 100 PM EDT...

* AT 1014 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED 2 TO 3
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS.  THIS WILL CAUSE
  CREEKS AND STREAMS IN THE COUNTY TO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE CYCLONE...OCEANA...AND
