THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RALEIGH COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1145 AM EDT...

* AT 940 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINFALL
  COUNTYWIDE.  SPOTTERS ARE REPORTING BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES OF
  RAINFALL SINCE 5 AM.  WHITE STICK CREEK NEAR MABSCOTT WAS
  FLOODING...AND WATER WAS REPORTED ON SEVERAL ROADS IN THE COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE BECKLEY...MABSCOTT AND
  SOPHIA.
