* AT 708 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED
  TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.
  THE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM 20 MILES WEST OF CLAY TO 
  BIRCH RIVER IN NORTHERN NICHOLAS COUNTY. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 
  25 MPH.
