  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN LOCATED 12 MILES WEST OF
  HARTS...OR ABOUT 14 MILES NORTHEAST OF INEZ...MOVING EAST AT 20
  MPH. RADAR INDICATES THAT SOME LOCATIONS HAVE RECEIVED IN SOUTHERN
  LINCOLN COUNTY HAVE RECEIVED OVER TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE
