* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ATHENS COUNTY IN OHIO...
  VINTON COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 1000 PM EDT...

* AT 710 PM RAINFALL OF THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH TO ONE AND ONE
  HALF INCHES HAD FALLEN IN PORTIONS OF VINTON AND ATHENS COUNTIES
  IN THE LAST TWO HOURS. MANY SMALL STREAMS HAVE COME OUT OF THEIR
  BANKS. LIGHT RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR SO AND SMALL 
  STREAMS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO OVERFLOW UNTIL AROUND 10 PM.
