* AT 1020 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN LAWRENCE AND SOUTHERN GALLIA COUNTIES.
  ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR.  WITH THE
  GROUND ALREADY SATURATED FROM EARLIER RAINS...THIS WILL CAUSE FLASH
  FLOODING ON AREA CREEKS AND STREAMS.
