CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 830 PM EDT * AT 625 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER CENTRAL AND NORTHERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY NEAR SPRING LAKE AND FAYETTEVILLE. * THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER CUMBERLAND COUNTY...
