THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN OCEAN COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 915 PM EDT.

* AT 703 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY 
THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO DEVELOP OVER NORTHERN OCEAN COUNTY.

RADAR ESTIMATES ALSO INDICATE THAT BETWEEN 4 AND 5 INCHES OF RAIN 
HAS ALREADY FALLEN TODAY OVER AREAS EAST AND NORTHEAST OF TOMS 
RIVER. COUNTY EOC REPORTS SOME FLOODING STILL OCCURRING AND MORE
