* AT 459 PM EDT...COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED 
  FLOODING AND OTHER STORM DAMAGE FROM THE LACEY TWP AREA NORTHEAST 
  ACROSS NORTHEASTERN OCEAN COUNTY.

ALSO...NWS DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN
