MONMOUTH COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 1215 PM EDT. * AT 910 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL OVER MONMOUTH COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. WIDESPREAD ROADWAY FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED BY COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.
