EASTERN MORRIS COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 515 AM EDT. * AT 344 AM EDT...AUTOMATIC RAIN GAGES IN EASTERN MORRIS COUNTY REPORTED UP TO 3.30 INCHES IN THE LAST HOUR. RADAR INDICATES THAT ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
