* AT 817 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM   
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BRIDGE CREEK...  
MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

A SECOND AREA OF STRONG ROTATION IS LOCATED 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF 
MINCO MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.  THIS THUNDERSTORM IS ALSO CAPABLE OF 
PRODUCING A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
