THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN GRADY COUNTY

* UNTIL 815 PM CDT

* AT 734 PM CDT...A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING A TORNADO VERIFIED BY 
SPOTTERS IS NOW LOCATED 5 MILES SOUTH OF COGAR AND IS MOVING EAST 
NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE INTO GRADY COUNTY TOWARD 
MINCO. 

A SECOND RAPIDLY INTENSIFYING THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 8 MILES 
SOUTHWEST OF AMBER.  THIS THUNDERSTORM IS SHOWING SIGNS OF STRONG 
ROTATION AND MAY PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME. THIS STORM IS ALSO 
MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
