EASTERN HARDEMAN COUNTY IN NORTHERN TEXAS NORTHERN WILBARGER COUNTY IN NORTHERN TEXAS * UNTIL 1115 PM CDT * AT 1039 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF CHILLICOTHE... MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE CHILLICOTHE AND ODELL THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
