HARDEMAN COUNTY IN NORTHERN TEXAS * UNTIL 1045 PM CDT * AT 1013 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO JUST WEST OF QUANAH...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE CHILLICOTHE...GOODLETT AND QUANAH IN ADDITION TO A TORNADO THREAT...
