  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OAKLAND...     
  MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM       
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR THE LOVE MARCHALL COUNTY LINE  
  4 MILES NORTHEAST OF LEBANON. THIS STORM WILL ALSO MOVE
