* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...WESTERN ORANGE COUNTY...NEW YORK

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT

* AT 254 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER EXTREME WEST CENTRAL ORANGE COUNTY...OR ABOUT 3 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF PORT JERVIS...MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH.

RADAR HAS INDICATED THAT UPWARDS OF 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN A 
SHORT TIME. IT ALSO INDICATES THAT THE STORM IS MOVING SLOWLY.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
