* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST

* AT 1109 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  TORNADO 13 MILES WEST OF BIG SANDY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO MOVE NORTH OF BIG SANDY AND WILL        
  APPROACH DOVER BY MIDNIGHT.

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO MAY FORM AT ANY TIME. TAKE COVER
