* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CROSSVILLE

* UNTIL 430 PM CDT

* AT 235 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN EXTENDING FROM CROSSVILLE...SOUTH ALONG HIGHWAY 101 IN        
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING SLOWLY        
  NORTHEAST.

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED HOURLY RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN ONE AND TWO 
INCHES PER HOUR.
