* AT 1146 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER NORTHERN GILES COUNTY...MOVING SLOWLY EAST.

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES MORE THAN 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE
PAST 3 HOURS OVER THE AREA NORTH OF PULASKI ALONG HIGHWAY 31.
