* UNTIL 845 PM EDT

* AT 746 PM EDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A FLASH FLOOD   
  IN NORTON AND BIG STONE GAP.  THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING THE   
  FLASH FLOOD WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE...
  WISE...NORTON...PARDEE
