THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LUBBOCK HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  HALL COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS
  EASTERN BRISCOE COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 744 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  TWO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH STRONG ROTATION. ONE WAS OVER        
  CAPROCK CANYON ST. PARK...OR ABOUT 6 MILES NORTH OF QUITAQUE...AND 
  THE OTHER WAS 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SILVERTON. BOTH STORMS WERE     
  MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. THE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED TORNADOES AND      
  RADAR INDICATIONS SUGGEST ADDITIONAL TORNADOES COULD DEVELOP AT    
  ANY TIME.
