* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN BAILEY COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 645 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING
  NEAR ENOCHS AND MAPLE. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES           
  OF RAINFALL HAS LIKELY FALLEN OVER PARTS OF SOUTHERN BAILEY        
  COUNTY...GENERALLY SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 298. MAJOR STREET FLOODING IS  
  OCCURRING AND WATER IS LIKELY COVERING MANY ROADWAYS. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
