  ADAMS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI
  CONCORDIA PARISH IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA

* AT 132 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THIS HEAVY
  RAIN WILL FALL IN THE SAME AREAS WHICH HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL
  INCHES OF RAIN SINCE THURSDAY EVENING...LEADING TO FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.
