* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RANKIN COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 621 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED            
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER AND WEST OF           
  FLORENCE...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 5 MPH.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
SINCE 5 PM. RICHLAND POLICE REPORTED WATER WAS COVERING COUNTY ROADS
WITH SOME EVACUATIONS IN CAMPING AREAS OF SOUTHWEST RANKIN COUNTY. 

VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
