THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 530 PM CST

* AT 315 PM CST...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN TOLEDO AND 
  THROUGHOUT CUMBERLAND COUNTY.  NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER 
  RADAR ESTIMATED ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER THE 
  AREA SINCE THIS MORNING. 

* RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE FROM NEOGA TO TOLEDO THROUGH 400 PM. WATER
  WILL THEN SLOWLY RECEED OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.  

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF IN A FLOOD PRONE AREA...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE
TO THE EFFECTS OF FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED
AREAS BY FOOT OR AUTOMOBILE.
