THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LAWRENCE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 314 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAINS CONTINUING FROM JUST NORTH OF BIRDS THROUGH LAWRENCEVILLE
  TO BILLET...WHICH IS 7 MILES SOUTH OF LAWRENCEVILLE. DOPPLER RADAR
  RAINFALL ESTIMATES RANGE FROM 1.5 TO 2.5 INCHES IN THE PAST HOUR WITH
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL EXPECTED ACROSS THESE SAME LOCATIONS OVER
  THE NEXT HOUR AND A HALF. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY
  PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
