* AT 1135 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 24 MILES SOUTH OF
  HUTCHINSON...OR 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PRETTY PRAIRIE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY
  TIME.
