* AT 950 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS   
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL LOCATED ACROSS KINGMAN COUNTY.  
RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF OVER 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN A ONE HOUR PERIOD.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
