LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 530 AM CDT * AT 227 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING ACROSS LINCOLN COUNTY. THE HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...ROADS AND UNDERPASSES...AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
